At Modern Vitality Aesthetics, we aim to be as transparent as possible. Please read below for all of our policy information.

 
 
 
 
  • First Visit: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow adequate time to check-in and complete new client intake forms.

  • Late Arrivals: We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete forms and/or treatment consents. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. In this case, we will do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, and arriving late deprives you of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not adequate time to complete the procedure in the time allotted. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will end at its scheduled time, and you will be held responsible for the full treatment cost. MVA reserves the right to refuse service if a client is later than 10 minutes to the scheduled appointment time, and the client will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee outlined below.

  • No-Show/Late Cancelation: Appointments must be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late charge. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you are scheduled for a consultation, you forfeit your deposit. When an appointment is canceled within a 24-hour window or missed without providing notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment slot. We not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have requested an appointment for the same time. As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via email 48 hrs and text 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment allowing adequate time for rescheduling and/or canceling.

    If payment is unable to be processed for late cancelations or no-show fees, we reserve the right to use any current deposits to cover the charge or you may be charged the fee prior to booking your next appointment. Should you late cancel and/or no-show three or more appointments, you are subject to potential termination as a client or you may be required to pre-pay for any service prior to booking an appointment.

  • Consultation Deposit: Consultations require a $100 deposit and are non-refundable and act as a deposit for all Modern Vitality Aesthetics services.

  • Refund/Return Policy: Services: Once purchased, services will not be refunded. Payments made for services are for treatments to be performed - not for a specific result. (Please read full disclosure policy below) Products: All sales are final. Once purchased, products are non-refundable, non-returnable/exchangeable. In the instance of an adverse or allergic reaction to a product(s), it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase WITH documentation of the skin reaction.

  • Payments accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We do NOT accept cash, checks, any form of insurance, Health Savings Account payments, or gift cards other than Modern Vitality Aesthetics gift cards.

  • Children and Pet Policy: As much as we love children and pets, please refrain from bringing them to your appointment. Due to health and safety concerns and clinic capacity, children and pets are not allowed. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you bring children or pets with you.

  • Disclosure Policy: Modern Vitality Aesthetics aims for each client to be one hundred percent satisfied with our services and products. We commit our best efforts to make certain your skincare goals are met. However, aesthetics is not an exact science and results delivered by a provided treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed - not for a specific result. We always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. At MVA, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. With this in mind, please be assured that your provider will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are appropriate for you. We ask that you keep realistic expectations and realize you may need several treatments to achieve your goal. Due to the medical grade value of the services and products used at MVA, skin reactions and sensitivities are normal and vary from person to person. We highly encourage you to have a treatment regimen and product regimen set up with your aesthetician to follow.

  • Reservations: Services are available by appointment only. The easiest and most convenient way to schedule an appointment is through our online booking portal. We require a credit card on file to hold your reservation, but payment is not due until your time of service.

  • Provider/Patient Relationship: We love having you as a client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
